Terms of Service

Effective Date: May 23, 2026 Last Updated: May 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of routecontractor.ai (the “Site”) and any related domains that redirect to it (including routecontractor.com, routecontractor.net, routecontractor.org, and theroutecontractor.com), operated by RouteContractor.AI, a service of Cox Logistics Inc (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is informational

The Site publishes articles, guides, vendor reviews, and other content about FedEx Ground contracting, parcel and last-mile delivery operations, and small-fleet management. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

The Site does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, insurance, or other professional advice. Articles describe one operator’s experience and opinions. Your business is different. Before acting on anything you read here, consult a professional licensed in your jurisdiction.

2. Not affiliated with FedEx

RouteContractor.AI is independently published. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to FedEx Corporation, FedEx Ground Package System, Inc., FedEx Custom Critical, or any other FedEx entity. References to “FedEx” are nominative use to describe the contracting program we write about. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Content drafted with AI, reviewed by an operator

Articles on the Site are drafted with AI tools and reviewed by an active FedEx Ground operator before publication. The review process is meaningful — articles are revised or rejected when they do not reflect operator reality — but no review process is perfect. You should treat every recommendation on the Site as one operator’s opinion, subject to your own judgment and your own professional advisors.

4. License to use the Site

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal and internal business purposes. You may:

  • Read, link to, and share articles.
  • Quote short excerpts with attribution.
  • Print articles for your own reference.

You may not:

  • Republish full articles on another site without written permission.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically copy the Site.
  • Use Site content to train AI/ML models without written permission.
  • Use the Site or its content in any way that violates law.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — articles, images, logos, layout, code — is owned by Cox Logistics Inc or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

“RouteContractor.AI” and the RouteContractor.AI logo are trademarks of Cox Logistics Inc.

6. User content

If you submit a message, newsletter reply, or other content to the Site or to us via email, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, and display that content in connection with the Site. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate any third party’s rights or any law.

We may moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our sole discretion. Reader comments are disabled on the Site at this time; if they are enabled in the future, this section will continue to govern comment content.

The Site contains affiliate links. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. We disclose our affiliate relationships on our FTC Disclosure page.

Our editorial decisions are not for sale. We do not accept payment to recommend a vendor, and we do not modify our reviews based on affiliate payouts. If a vendor we recommend stops being good, we update or pull the recommendation.

The Site links to third-party websites, products, and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no warranty that the content on the Site is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your situation. Always verify before acting.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RouteContractor.AI, Cox Logistics Inc, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or any other intangible loss — arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RouteContractor.AI, Cox Logistics Inc, and our officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced via the newsletter or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and FTC Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
